Walkways provide weather protection with our custom made covered walkways

Increasingly we are being asked to design and install walkways joining areas together on large sites.

As sites expand, buildings often become detached from each other which cause problems in bad weather for people having to move between the buildings. The solution is to link these buildings by way of covered walkways that provide weather protection and integrate all buildings on the site.

Our walkways / canopiesprovide the ultimate solution to shelter individuals moving between buildings or doorways and can be designed to allow rainwater to run off into specially designed guttering systems.

Bespoke designed solutions

LIS manufacture and install walkways / canopies throughout the UK. We recognise that no one site is the same Whether it is a walkway, entrance area or a link between buildings that you need to protect LIS can design a solution to fit in with your needs, the style of your building and its intended usage. So as a result of this our walkway canopies are designed, with the latest ‘in house’ CAD design program, to suit your individual site requirements. We can manufacture any size or any shape to meet your needs.  You can even choose from a range of materials including steel, aluminium, powder coated steel with either UV stabilised PET G, Polycarbonate, Mul-T Wall or fabric roof sections.

All walkways / canopies have a polycarbonate/PET G roof which provides cover and shelter against the elements during the winter months and is UV stabilised to offer the ultimate protection from the sun’s harmful rays during the summertime.

• Polycarbonate/PET G is UV stabilised with an expected lifetime of 15 years
• Polycarbonate/PET G require only periodic cleaning
